I encountered a couple of hiccups. air conditioning was somewhat weak, and I had to wait longer than expected for drinks in the restaurant. The room, while cozy, had a faulty kettle that took time to sort out.

I had a lovely stay! The room was eventually great, cozy and comfy. The restaurant served some seriously tasty buffet meals too. But the noise from the traffic was a bit much, and those planes flying overhead every half hour didn't help either. Staff were friendly but could be more proactive.
